EF Pro Cycling

EF Education-EasyPost is a WorldTour professional cycling team backed by one of the world's largest private education companies. The team is widely known for its collaboration with Palace Skateboards, which set a new standard for what sport and streetwear crossover could look like. I was the only designer within the cycling team, reporting directly to the team director. If it wasn't the kit itself, it came through me. Sponsor pitch decks, partnership presentations, social content, race day assets, and all event collateral for the annual team camp including signage, wayfinding, screen graphics, and branded environments. Much of my time was spent on high-level pitch documents for prospective sponsors and investors. These were often last-minute and fast-moving, so I built a modular system in Figma. A library of templated pages that the directors could assemble to suit any meeting. I'd then step in and refine the design for each specific pitch. It meant the team could move at the speed the business demanded without sacrificing quality. The majority of my work at EF was commercially sensitive and remains under NDA. What I can show here is limited, but the scope of the role was not. I operated as a one-person design department inside an organisation that moves fast and expects everything to be on brand.
